About Eleven Thousand Five Hundred arrests were recorded by the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corp (TRACE) in its bid to sanitize motoring in the State.Trace Commandant, Mr. Ayodele Sangofadeji who disclosed this while appearing before the State Legislators to defend the proposed budget of the Agency, said a total of fifty million naira is expected to be generated in the year.

Responding to the presentation of the ministry of Agriculture and its allied parastatals, the lawmakers agreed that more money needed to be put into the Agriculture sector to tap into its employment generation potentials.Also in the Ogun State House of Assembly complex to defend the 2010 proposed budget was the Ministry of Youths and Sports and other related bodies in the State led by the Commissioner Mr. Bukola Olopade. Ministries of Forestry as well as that of Women Affairs and Social Development and committee on House of Assembly Matters also faced the lawmakers in defence of their proposed budget.
