SECRETARY.
In its bid to re-invigorate the Civil Service for optimal
productivity, a new Permanent Secretary, Engineer Muse Adisa Oni
has been sworn-in by Otunba Gbenga Daniel. Similarly, some

International Trauma Center that will serve five States within
