A total sum of N100.02 Billion has been earmarked by the Ogun State Government for the 2009 Fiscal year with the largest chunk of twenty-six percent going to the economic affairs. OGD SWEARS-IN NEW PERMANENT SECRETARY.
In its bid to re-invigorate the Civil Service for optimal productivity, a new Permanent Secretary, Engineer Muse Adisa Oni has been sworn-in by Otunba Gbenga Daniel. Similarly, some permanent secretaries were re-deplored in a move aimed at repositioning the civil service for efficiency. Engr. Muse Adisa Oni, a Civil Engineer by training is being Sworn-in as the 37th Permanent Secretary who is to oversee the Ministry of Works which became vacant following the retirement.. ......read more

OGUN GETS TRAUMA CENTRE.      
  Ogun State Government has initiated move to have an International Trauma Center that will serve five States within the South West geo-Political zone. As a step in this direction, a twenty member Committee to facilitate through Private Public Partnership the construction of trauma and diagnostic center at the Olabisi Onabanjo University teaching hospital, Sagamu was today inaugurated by Otunba Gbenga  .
